Real Golf Studio keeps growing and we are looking for a Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations.

Job description

• Assisting agencies and tour operators with contracts and quotes.
• Handling and following up customer requests.
• Reviewing and checking the content published about our accounts on tour operator websites.
• Preparing sales reports.
• Maintaining and updating databases.
• Supporting marketing tasks (social media and email marketing).

Requirements

We are looking for a junior, customer- and sales-oriented profile with analytical skills and a desire to build a career in the golf or tourism sector.

• At least 6 months’ experience in sales and/or reservations at hotels or golf courses, or in travel agencies.
• B2 level of English, able to hold telephone conversations (essential).
• Knowledge of golf (desirable).
• Knowledge of or experience in social media management (desirable).
• Proficiency in the Office suite.
