Who is responsible for your data

Real Golf Studio processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). Here we explain, plainly, what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we process

• Data you give us through the contact form or by email: name, email, phone number, company or club and the content of your message.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and statistical data collected through cookies. Full details in our cookie policy.

We do not process special categories of data or data from children under 14. If we discover that a child has given us data, we will delete it.

What we use your data for

• To answer the enquiries, information requests or quotes you send us.
• To manage the commercial and professional relationship with clients and partners.
• To send you communications about our services, provided you have given your consent or there is an existing relationship with us.
• To analyse the use of the website statistically and anonymously in order to improve it.

Why we may process it (legal basis)

• Your consent, when you send us a form or write to us.
• The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, when you request a proposal or hire our services.
• Our legitimate interest in keeping clients and professional contacts informed about services similar to those already contracted.
• Compliance with legal obligations, for example tax or accounting obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts or as long as it is needed to deal with your request. After that we keep it blocked only for the periods required by law to deal with any liabilities and, once that time has passed, we delete it. Commercial contact data is kept until you request its deletion or withdraw your consent.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We only share it when required by law (public authorities, courts) or with providers that deliver services to us and act as data processors: web hosting, email and analytics tools. All of them are bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

Some of these providers, such as Google (Google Analytics), may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

To do so, write to info@realgolfstudio.com or to the postal address above, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a document proving your identity. We will reply within one month at most.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

How we protect your data

We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access control, backups and intrusion protection systems on the server.

Social media

Real Golf Studio has a LinkedIn profile. Data you post or send us through that network is also governed by the platform’s own privacy policy. We only use it to reply to your messages and manage our presence there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be published on this page.
