Real Golf Studio took part in the International European Convention (IEC) 2025, held in Gran Canaria from 19 to 21 May, representing Doña Julia Golf and Taiga Resorts.
IEC 2025 was the largest edition to date, bringing together more than 900 professionals from international golf and tourism. The event has become a key forum for exchanging ideas, creating synergies between destinations and operators, and strengthening business relationships in golf tourism.
Doña Julia Golf: an established destination on the Costa del Sol
One of Real Golf Studio’s goals at the IEC was to consolidate the positioning of Doña Julia Golf, a benchmark course on the Costa del Sol, renowned for its excellent design, strategic location and playing experience.
The Costa del Sol, known internationally as the Costa del Golf, continues to attract thousands of players every year, and Doña Julia stands out as an ideal club for golfers seeking quality and authenticity in their rounds.
Taiga Resorts: a new concept of golf tourism in nature
Another focus of the convention was presenting the innovative Taiga Resorts concept, which combines golf with stays immersed in nature.
This model responds to growing demand from travellers looking for unique, sustainable and exclusive experiences, bringing together sport, relaxation and direct contact with the surroundings.
Networking and international collaboration opportunities
During the workshop and networking sessions, Ana Torres highlighted the excellent organisation and the results achieved:
“It has been a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, meet new partners and share ideas and experiences with colleagues from the industry.”
Real Golf Studio’s participation in the International European Convention in Gran Canaria reinforces the company’s commitment to developing golf tourism in Spain and to the international profile of its partners, driving projects committed to excellence and innovation.
